AI Executive LTD is an AI strategy, education, and consulting company. We do not offer a business opportunity, get-rich-quick scheme, or income guarantee. Our training programmes are designed to help executives and business leaders understand and implement AI strategy. Any results depend entirely on your work ethic, skill, decision-making, and effort - no outcomes are guaranteed.
All training material is proprietary and protected under intellectual property and copyright law. Duplication, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited. Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for additional legal disclosures.
Testimonials and case studies shared on this site represent the experiences of select clients who implemented our systems. Their results are not typical. Most users either do not implement the training, discontinue midway, or do not see material outcomes due to the complex nature of AI adoption and business transformation. We do not track individual outcomes - only the completion of training modules and feedback via internal surveys.
We use necessary cookies for site operation and optional first-party analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing cookies only where you consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. AI Executive LTD | joinaiexecutive.com | Effective Date: 12 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “Client”, “Member”) and AI Executive LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“AI Executive”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any plan, clicking “Join Now” or an equivalent checkout or enrolment control, completing paid checkout (including on Creem or another payment page we use), requesting an access link, creating an account, accessing our platform at joinaiexecutive.com/app, or otherwise using our services through joinaiexecutive.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. No separate checkbox is required where notice of these Terms is provided at or before the point of purchase or enrolment and you proceed with that action.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase, enrol, or use our services.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Choices, and, where applicable, Multi-Seat Licensing Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or a notice on the Website, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and cancel any subscription.
If you use the services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. The services are intended for business and professional users. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe eligibility rules, acceptable-use rules, payment terms, or law have been breached, or where access presents security, fraud, or reputational risk.
AI Executive provides AI education, strategic frameworks, community features, and advisory services for executives, managers, business owners, and related professionals. Features available to you depend on your plan, tier, organisation licence, and account status as shown in your account and at checkout.
The Standard Plan is a subscription that provides access to the AI Executive Core Program, including self-paced course content, live group coaching calls (where scheduled), and member resources. Specific features and entitlements are determined by your active tier and are shown in your account and at checkout.
Pricing is as shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in any written agreement we provide. Your membership price at purchase may be locked for renewals while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, as stated at purchase or in your agreement.
The Enterprise Plan provides multi-seat access for eligible teams. Enterprise pricing is confirmed through an invoice, order confirmation, or written Enterprise Licensing Agreement. Benefits may include centralised team billing, volume or custom commercial terms where agreed in writing, dedicated account support, invoicing & PO support, and organisation badge features.
Seat counts, billing cadence, renewal, transferability, and refund terms are governed by the applicable Enterprise documents and our Multi-Seat Licensing Terms and Refund Policy.
AI Executive provides education, strategic frameworks, coaching-style guidance, and tools. We are not your lawyer, data protection officer, regulated financial adviser, medical professional, accountant, or other licensed professional adviser unless a separate signed engagement expressly states otherwise.
Your organisation remains solely responsible for its legal decisions, data handling, employment practices, product safety, AI deployment choices, and regulatory compliance. High-stakes decisions should be reviewed by your own qualified counsel and specialists for your jurisdictions.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, cost savings, valuation impact, or competitive advantage. Results depend on your implementation, resources, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
The platform may include AI Assistant / AI Agent tools, automated suggestions, generated text, embeddings, retrieval over course or user-authorised content, and similar features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You must independently evaluate outputs before relying on them. You remain responsible for any use of AI outputs in your business.
You must not use AI features to generate or disseminate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content, or to attempt to extract other members' private data. Prompts and necessary context may be processed by third-party model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features may be labelled beta, preview, or experimental. Those features are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Creem. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Creem's applicable payment terms in addition to these Terms. Prices are typically stated in US Dollars and are exclusive of VAT or other taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Where applicable, VAT or other taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable tax rules. If you are a business customer entitled to reverse charge or similar treatment, you are responsible for providing valid tax information and accounting for tax in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date through available account, payment, or support channels.
If you begin checkout but do not complete purchase, Creem may process details you provided (including email and selected plan) to identify abandoned checkout and send recovery reminder emails on our behalf where we have a lawful basis. See our Privacy Policy. Each recovery email should provide a way to opt out of further marketing or recovery emails.
Failed payments, chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or suspected fraud may result in suspension of access. You authorise us and Creem to retry failed payments where permitted.
Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Summary: Standard Plan may include a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to engagement conditions; Enterprise refund terms are as in the Refund Policy and any Enterprise agreement. Nothing in our commercial refund terms excludes non-excludable statutory rights.
All content, materials, frameworks (including the Artificial Assembly Line™ system), course content, recordings, templates, software, branding, and resources provided through our services are owned by AI Executive LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use materials for your personal and internal business purposes only, solely during an active authorised subscription. You may not:
Breach may result in immediate termination without refund (subject to non-excludable rights) and we may pursue available remedies, including injunctive relief.
You agree to:
We may remove members, content, or access for violations, at our reasonable discretion, and may refuse, revoke, rename, reassign, or reserve usernames where reasonably necessary for safety, IP, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
You may submit messages, feedback, profile information, files, community posts, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant AI Executive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual (or for the maximum period permitted by law), irrevocable to the extent permitted, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to host, use, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), publish, store, and distribute User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the services, and to create de-identified or aggregated insights that do not identify you.
You authorise us to transmit and process User Content through service providers (including Stream and AI model providers) as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with these Terms. You are solely responsible for User Content.
We may remove, edit, refuse, or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to the platform, members, or third parties. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may do so for safety, legal compliance, and operations.
We may send service emails, in-platform announcements, booking confirmations, security notices, product updates, and other operational communications. Where permitted by law, we may send marketing or abandoned-checkout emails; you can opt out of marketing via unsubscribe links or support@joinaiexecutive.com without stopping essential transactional messages.
Messaging, chat, and video/audio calls may be provided via Stream and other providers. Where recording is enabled, you acknowledge that audio, video, screen share, and metadata may be captured and stored. If you do not consent to recording, do not join recorded sessions. Hosts and participants must comply with applicable recording and privacy laws.
By providing contact details, you consent to electronic communications related to your account and these Terms. Electronic notices satisfy any legal communication requirements to the extent permitted by law.
Services may rely on third parties including Supabase, Vercel, Stream, Creem, Cal.com, Google Meet, Wistia, Resend, OpenRouter/model providers, and analytics or advertising tools where enabled. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. AI Executive is not responsible for third-party outages, acts, or omissions beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Details of data processing are in our Privacy Policy.
You may receive non-public information about our methods, members, or business. You agree not to disclose that information except to your personnel with a need to know under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law (with notice to us where legally permitted). Reciprocally, we will handle your confidential information in line with our Privacy Policy and reasonable industry practice. Community discussions should be treated as confidential by default.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Executive LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your misuse of the services; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (e) your AI deployments or business decisions made using our education or tools. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our wilful misconduct or where prohibited for consumers under mandatory law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, or other mandatory consumer protections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer rights).
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform or others, fail to pay, or if required by law. We may also discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may cancel through available account, payment, or support channels. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
If payment fails, renewals lapse, or an organisation revokes your seat, your account may be downgraded and you will lose paid features. We may retain messages and account data while the account remains active as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, indemnity, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages, hosting/provider outages, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the services for the benefit of, any person or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or restricted-party lists administered by the UK, EU, UN, or US, where that would be unlawful. You will not export or re-export platform materials in violation of export control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws, except that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may still apply.
Good-faith resolution. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@joinaiexecutive.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days (unless urgent injunctive relief is needed).
Business customers. If you are using the services for business purposes (not as a consumer), the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Consumers. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, where mandatory law allows, the courts of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights. EU consumers may also be able to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution resources where available.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
We aim to improve the accessibility of our Website and platform over time. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@joinaiexecutive.com and we will work with you in good faith on a reasonable accommodation where feasible.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Choices disclosures, and any applicable Enterprise agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding the services and supersede prior understandings on that subject. In case of conflict, a signed Enterprise Licensing Agreement controls for the commercial terms it covers; these Terms control for platform use; the Privacy Policy controls for personal data processing descriptions.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. No third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated. Headings are for convenience only.
Relationship. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Language. The English version controls if translations are provided.
