Testimonials and case studies shared on this site represent the experiences of select clients who implemented our systems. Their results are not typical. Most users either do not implement the training, discontinue midway, or do not see material outcomes due to the complex nature of AI adoption and business transformation. We do not track individual outcomes - only the completion of training modules and feedback via internal surveys.

These Multi-Seat Licensing Terms apply to Enterprise and organisation seat purchases. They supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If a signed Enterprise Licensing Agreement conflicts with these terms on commercial items (price, seats, term, refund), the signed agreement controls for those items. Platform acceptable use and IP rules in the Terms of Service still apply to all users.
Licences are corporate assets, not individual property. If an assigned employee leaves the firm or changes roles, the Company Admin may reassign that seat to a new team member once per 12-month term, unless a signed agreement provides a different reassignment allowance. Seat sharing by multiple simultaneous users on one seat is not permitted.
Payment terms are confirmed in the applicable invoice, order confirmation, or Enterprise Licensing Agreement. Access for seats will be provisioned within 24 business hours of cleared funds unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is responsible for accurate admin and seat-holder details.
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or signed agreement, licences are valid for 12 months. Where auto-renewal is not agreed in writing, we will typically contact you about one month prior to term end to discuss renewal. Access may end if renewal is not completed.
Content, agents, workflows, and materials are for internal use by licensed seats within the licensed entity only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing proprietary AI Executive LTD assets outside the licensed entity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund (subject to non-excludable law) and other remedies.
Enterprise refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (default: 14-day rollout window with activation limits) unless a signed Enterprise Licensing Agreement sets different commercial refund terms. Refund requests must be submitted by the authorised Company Admin or billing contact.
Where expressly offered at sale, the Client's “Per-Seat Rate” may be locked at the initial contract price for renewals while service remains continuous and uninterrupted, including for existing seats and up to 15 additional seats, as stated in the applicable order. If the licence is terminated, cancelled, or payment lapses by more than 14 days past the renewal date, that guarantee is void and reinstatement is at then-current rates unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Licensed users may access messaging, event chat, video/audio calls, screen sharing, recordings where enabled, moderation, community features, and AI tools. These services use providers such as Stream (Stream.io, Inc.) and AI model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Client is responsible for: (a) authority to provide users' business contact and profile information; (b) any employee/contractor notices required by employment or privacy law; (c) ensuring users comply with the Terms of Service and acceptable-use rules; and (d) configuring internal policies for call recording and AI use.
The Client remains responsible for its users' use of the services and for its own regulatory compliance (including AI, employment, and data protection decisions). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client will indemnify AI Executive against third-party claims arising from Client users' misuse of the services or User Content, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
