Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AI Executive, we stand behind the value of our programs. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available. By purchasing any plan, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.

Submit refund requests to support@joinaiexecutive.com. This policy does not limit non-excludable statutory rights under UK, EU, or other applicable consumer law.

2. Standard Plan — AI Executive Core

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on the Standard Plan when the eligibility requirements below are met. If you complete the required engagement steps within 30 days of purchase and still do not feel the program is right for you, we will refund the purchase price for that Standard Plan term.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all three of the following within 30 days of your purchase date:

• Complete the core course content. Work through the core AI Executive Program modules designated as required for the guarantee. We may verify progress through our platform.
• Attend a live group coaching call. Attend at least one live group coaching or support call, or submit questions in advance and watch the recording if timing is an issue (this counts as attendance where we confirm it).
• Provide honest feedback. Share constructive feedback about your experience so we can improve the program.

These conditions ensure refund requests come from members who genuinely engaged with the program.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

Email support@joinaiexecutive.com within 30 days of purchase with subject “Refund Request — Standard Plan”. Include your name, account email, and feedback. We will verify eligibility and process approved refunds within 14 business days.

2.3 After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests after the 30-day period will not be honoured under this commercial guarantee unless required by law. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel to prevent future renewals; no partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period under this commercial policy, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. Enterprise — Team Licensing

Enterprise and multi-licence purchases provide team access with centralised invoicing and administration. If a signed Enterprise Licensing Agreement sets different refund terms, that agreement controls for commercial refunds.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Enterprise customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the enterprise start date (or first payment clearing, if later), provided fewer than 20% of purchased licences have been activated. For plans with fewer than 10 licences, the refund remains available provided no more than 2 licences have been activated.

After 14 days, or once 20% or more of purchased licences have been activated (or more than 2 licences on sub-10 plans), whichever occurs first, the Enterprise subscription is non-refundable for the current billing term under this commercial policy. Unused licences may be reassigned per the Multi-Seat Licensing Terms.

Note: Any older marketing reference to a longer enterprise “entire contract” guarantee is superseded by this Refund Policy and your written order/agreement.

4. Digital Content & Immediate Access

Our services include digital content and member platform access that may begin immediately when your account is activated or entitlement is granted. Where you are a consumer with a statutory cooling-off right for distance contracts, you acknowledge that by requesting or accepting immediate access to digital content you may lose the right to cancel under those rules once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent laws. Our 30-day Standard commercial guarantee is an additional benefit and does not reduce any rights you retain by law.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your provider; funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

5.2 VAT and Taxes on Refunds

Where VAT or similar tax was charged on the original transaction, the corresponding tax component is refunded in line with applicable tax rules and the amount returned by our payment provider.

5.3 Abuse of Refund Policy

We may refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, fraudulent claims, or evidence that materials were copied or redistributed in breach of the Terms before the refund request. This does not affect non-excludable statutory rights.

5.4 UK and EU Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015) or mandatory EU/EEA consumer protections. If there is a conflict between this commercial policy and your non-excludable statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

5.5 Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@joinaiexecutive.com before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access while we investigate, and may be treated as a breach of the Terms where the chargeback is improper. This does not prevent you from using chargeback rights your card issuer provides.
