1. Overview

At AI Executive, we stand behind the value of our programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for each of our service plans. By purchasing any plan, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described below.

2. Standard Plan — AI Executive Core

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on the Standard Plan. If you complete the program and do not feel confidently AI-native, we will refund every penny — no questions asked.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must meet all three of the following conditions within 30 days of your purchase date:

• Complete the core course content. You must have worked through the 4-week AI Executive Program in full. We track progress through our platform and may verify completion.
• Attend the monthly coaching call. You must have attended at least one live monthly group Q&A/coaching call. If timing is an issue, you may submit your questions in advance and watch the recording — this counts as attendance.
• Provide honest feedback. You must share constructive feedback about your experience so we can continue improving the program.

These conditions exist to ensure that members who request a refund have genuinely engaged with the program. We believe this is fair to both you and to us.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

Email support@shortsy.co within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject line “Refund Request — Standard Plan”. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and your feedback on the program. We will verify your eligibility and process approved refunds within 14 business days.

2.3 After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be honoured. Your subscription will continue until the end of your annual billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop to prevent future renewals, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

3. Premium Plan — The Board Room

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

The Premium Plan includes a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, either party — you or AI Executive — may cancel the engagement if either feels it is not a good fit.

3.1 Cooling-Off Refund Terms

• If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued regardless of reason.
• If AI Executive cancels within 14 days, a full refund will be issued to you.
• Refunds under the cooling-off period will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

3.2 After the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, the 6-month minimum commitment takes effect. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your commitment period.

The nature of consulting and advisory services means that outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your implementation, team dynamics, market conditions, and organisational constraints. For this reason, we do not offer a satisfaction-based guarantee on the Premium Plan.

3.3 After the Minimum Commitment

After your initial 6-month commitment period, the Premium Plan renews on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing notice before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after payment has been taken.

4. General Provisions

4.1 Refund Method

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but will typically appear within 5–10 business days after we have processed the refund.

4.2 VAT on Refunds

Where VAT was charged on the original transaction, the full amount including VAT will be refunded.

4.3 Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund policy is being abused. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated purchases and refund requests, or evidence that course materials have been downloaded, copied, or redistributed prior to the refund request.

4.4 UK Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If there is a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.

4.5 Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly at support@shortsy.co before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to all services.
